How does it work?

The New Year, New You challenge is open to all current Fitness Connection Richmond Hill members. Rather than focus on absolute outcome of weight gain/loss, our New Year, New You challenge rewards those little behaviors’ which add up to big change over time!

By accumulating points for actions such as:

  • Eating more fruits and vegetables
  • Adding weight training to your plan
  • Trying a new class
  • Bringing a “workout buddy” to the gym
  • Adding protein to every meal
  • Simply visiting the gym
  • Plus dozens more ways to earn!

As well as the inevitable positive outcome from consistent effort, weekly winners will receive motivational prizes, with a grand prize of $1200.00 worth of Personal Training sessions awarded at the end of the 8 weeks.
