FAST YOUTH PROGRAM
The goal of our youth performance training is the fundamentals. By teaching basic movement patterns of jumping, sprinting, agility, and lifting, we allow the athlete to excel at their sport while getting them in better overall shape.

Don Mills:
Monday – Thursday: 5am to 11pm
Fridays: 5am to 10pm
Saturday: 8am to 7pm
Sunday: 8am to 6pm
Richmond Hill:
Monday – Thursday: 5am to 11pm
Fridays: 5am to 10pm
Saturday: 8am to 8pm
Sunday: 8am to 7pm
