DESCRIPTION

Intimate group settings – Classes are set up for a maximum of 16 people per class to ensure that each member receives the “one on one” coaching necessary to execute each movement correctly.
One class fits all – Members at varying fitness levels can participate in the same class as our programs consists of exercises tailored for modifications to ensure that each participant is working to the best of their individual ability.
Structured programming – our wide selection of classes allows each individual to choose the sessions that best suit their fitness goals.
Personable coaches – our coaches treat each individual as their own personal training client and will modify exercises specific to that person’s needs/limits/restrictions.
