ABS CIRCUIT - challenge your abs, back and oblique’s in this challenging workout. A sequence of moves and exercises designed to work the core.
ADULT KARATE - This popular martial art class involves a variety of techniques, including blocks, strikes, evasions, and a fun way to exercise for those who like to move!
BODY BAR - This 60-minute class to strengthen your total body using the body bar. Research has proved that muscle mass will rev up your metabolism & enable your body to burn more calories at rest. Feel the “power” of working out with the “Body Bar”
BOOTCAMP - Total body conditioning. High Intensity Interval training combined intervals of cardio vascular drills with muscle conditioning & core conditioning. Strengthens cardio vascular system, burns fat, increases muscular strength & core. Burns 400-600 calories. Fun & effective for all fitness levels
CARDIO CORE - An abdominal workout that makes you sweat. This class takes from many disciplines the essence of core work while standing. It’s a great way to change up your abdominal workout and have lots of fun!!!
CARDIO KICK - This is a high-energy, high-intensity cardio workout that combines a series of jabs and kicks that will leave your body feeling strong and powerful. No previous martial arts experience necessary, all you need is a good attitude and a desire to sweat! Be prepared to jab, cross, and hook your way to a healthier you! (45 minutes cardio, 15 minutes abs)
CARDIO SLASA - A high energy, simple choreography, fun pack, distressing class for all levels of fitness. This is a fusion of many Latin and worldwide music from Bollywood, cabaret, jazz, African musicals, hip hop, salsa, cha cha, merengue, etc. every week the class offer new and different styles and simple choreographies.
COR YOGA- Combines the many benefits of yoga stretching, breathing and mental concentration with a gentle but challenging fitness workout. It is a sequential series of fluidic yoga moves set to a unique combination of exhilarating rhythmic world beat and soothing new age music. It can be challenging yet gentle and relaxing.
CORE/ABS - A fusion of classical mat Pilate’s exercises combined with strength training core conditioning. The focus is the core, both abdominals and back while lightly toning arms and legs. This class will leave you feeling aligned, strong, tuned up and energized.
DANCE PARTY - Have you ever wanted to dance on Broadway or dance in a music video? Here’s your chance! This class breaks down step by step choreographed routines, set to music from top 40 hits, musical theatre, jazz and hip-hop, creating a fun filled cardio workout. Yes!!!! It’s a DANCE PARTY
GENTLE YOGA -This class is suitable for beginners and students of all ages and fitness levels, no experience or flexibility required. We start by slowing down, coming into breath before motion, and then building motion up from the flow of breath. Options are given throughout the class for varying degrees of strength and/or flexibility. You will be encouraged to work at your level, honour your body and limitations, and go deeper when you feel you’re ready in a non-competitive environment
HATHA YOGA - Each person does the practice at their comfort level, so all are welcome. The journey starts with a single step. This yoga class is great for balancing the bio-mechanical systems of the body, releasing tension in the body and stress in the mind, and opening the heart to grace.
KIDS KARATE - This specialty class is a paid program for kids & allows children to be graded towards achieving belt levels. Beginners are always welcome. – To register, please see the reception for details
MMA - MMA stands for mixed martial arts. There are several arts that contribue to MMA. There are the striking arts of karate, kung fu, muay thai, boxing. There are the grappling arts of Jujutsu, modern wrestling, submission grappling. MMA uses everything from heavy bag, to grappling mats and focus pads. Come and learn
MUSCLE MOVES - Put more muscle into your cardio moves and enhance total body fitness. The use of hand-held weights optimizes and intensifies this low impact cardio training class while focusing on muscle, not momentum.
PILATES - A class designed to improve your core strength, balance, upper body strength, flexibility, etc. This class offers many different options regarding usage of different apparatus such as body bars, stability balls, etc. all levels welcome!
POWER ABS - A terrific class for strengthening your “core” muscle groups located in the torso (abdominals & mid to lower back). This class utilizes floor exercises and the ball. Be prepared for exercises that will improve your balance and core strength, as well as, arms and legs!
POWER YOGA - This class is a dynamic and vigorous form of Yoga whereby each pose is linked to the next through a series of connecting movements. The body creates heat leading to greater flexibility and strength. Power Yoga infuses the basics of Yoga with strength and power to tone your muscles, sharpen your focus, and ease your spirit
SCULPT - This class is a non-aerobic conditioning workout to enhance muscle definition, strength and endurance. You will be lead through a workout focusing on proper technique. Abdominal exercise is included. This class can utilize resistance from your own body weight, body bars and dumbbells
SPINNING - With the latest tunes and an experienced instructor this class will get you moving. Spin class will have you jumping, sprinting and endurance riding your way to your fitness goals. This class is perfect for the novice spinner, as well as the seasoned professional. All you need is a towel, a water bottle, and the drive to ride!
STEP & PUMP - A 50/50 fusion of a beginner to intermediate level step class combined with total muscle condition and Pilates using studio resistance equipment designed to improve muscular strength, Cardio vascular endurance and flexibility
VINYASA YOGA – This class is designed for men and women of all ages and abilities to bring balance, energy, strength and a sense of well-being. We will journey through dynamic flows allowing for fluid transition from posture to posture, while becoming aware of the movement and breathe connection. Through movement and breathe we gain insight on the blocked energies and through this work you are able to re-balance and re-energize your physical, mental and emotional health.
WEIGHT LOSS BOOTCAMP - Using a wide range of functional fitness, techniques and tools, an experience instructor will push you hard. If you’re looking to see results, improve your strength, agility, and overall fitness this is the choice for you. The class is moderate to high intensity, and you can expect new challenges as you get faster and stronger.
