The goal of our youth performance program is to build a solid foundation. By increasing proprioception – the body’s ability to sense movement, action, and location – our young athletes will see increased agility and coordination. By learning the importance of maintenance and mobility/flexibility training, our athletes will also be able to recover faster and be able to perform at the highest level.
We will improve and build off of fundamental movement by increasing strength, power, speed, agility and decreasing the risk of injury.
Techniques and tools such as Max Effort training, Speed Technique drills, and Jump progressions will allow the athlete to reach their potential and excel at their sport.
