Our Wednesday night spin class is a HIT class. There is a warm up immediately followed by intervals that will last between 4-7 min each. Each interval the participant is required to get their HR as high as possible. In between each interval we bring our HR down to approx. 70% for approx 2-2.5 minutes before starting the next. We also spend the last 8 min stretching. One of our most popular group fitness classes, make sure to grab your spot!
