I’ve been training with Ashley at Fitness Connection for over 6 months now, and I truly believe she is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. I train with her twice a week and I really enjoy the variety and challenge she puts into each and every session. She pushes me past what I believe are my limitations, and I keep coming back for more. I must be a glutton for punishment!
Ashley is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging yet somehow fun. My diet is cleaner, leaner, and my fitness has increased noticeably. I have seen improvements in my ability to do core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights, and generally push myself harder throughout each session. I have lost 10 lbs and 3% body fat and I now find that I actually look forward to my workouts!
Ashley is so wonderful with all the details as well. Mainly she ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. She is also extremely reliable and punctual as she is always set up ready to start training ahead of time with a plan in mind.
