Our one hour spin classes are for beginners and up to advanced levels. They include a warm up, 4 different stages of intensity, a cool down and finished with stretching. Each stage will include hills and high intensity intervals. This class provides great cardiovascular workout, endurance training and calorie burning all to high energy music.
