All of our yoga classes clam and balance the mind and body.  Yoga has been known to reduce stress and anxiety, increase circulation, improve flexibility and bring balance to the internal organs.  We have multiple types of yoga classes to suit every member’s needs from their practice.

Vinyasa Yoga

The practice of Vinyasa Yoga includes breathing and movement together, led through a sequence of vigorous poses.  The class focuses on increasing flexibility, balance and stamina while building your core strength.

  • Intensity: Low to Medium
  • Equipment Required: Bring your own Yoga Mat, Blocks, Straps
  • Burn Rate: 360 calories (on average)

Energy Yoga

Relax, strengthen and energize your mind, body and spirit with focused meditative techniques that zero in on breath and poses geared to raising positive energy in the body for health and well-being. This class is great for all levels.

  • Equipment Required: Bring your own Yoga Mat, Blocks, Straps
  • Burn Rate: 360 calories (on average)
